The Calgary Sport Council is pleased to present a series of seminars and workshops designed to provide coaches,
parents, volunteers and sport administrators with current information from
experts involved in various aspects of sport. Your participation in these
seminars and in creating dialogue and discussion will help elevate sport in
Calgary.
Pre-Registration required.
Cancellation Policy
All seminars and workshops may be cancelled one week
prior should less than the desired number of registrants pre-register.

How to Determine What You Have To Sell
Brent Barootes, Partnership Group - Sponsorship Specialists
This
three hour custom designed overview workshop session on sponsorship benefit and
asset development
will appeal to all Calgary Sport Council members who may hold fundraising
events such as
galas, golf tournaments, runs/walks etc., look for team or league sponsors and
such. If you are
involved in sponsorship, this is a session you will want to attend. This will
be an excellent
session for staff (fund development, communications, marketing and
Executive Directors) and Board/Committee Members involved in fund
development.

valuation will appeal
to all Calgary Sport Council members who may hold fundraising events such as
galas, golf
tournaments, runs/walks etc., look for team or league sponsors and such. If you
are
involved in
sponsorship, this is a session you will want to attend. It will ensure you know
the value of
what you are presently selling versus a “shot in the dark approach” to affixing
a price tag to your proposal.
